About the project

Wyandanch Rising in Babylon, New York, represents a transformative urban development project designed to enhance community life sustainably.

Led by Beatty, Harvey, Coco Architects LLP and Perkins Eastman, with landscape architecture by OLIN, this initiative features site furnishings provided by Black Locust Lumber. Scalamandre Construction and A3 Construction LLC ensured the meticulous implementation of the project, which achieved LEED Silver and LEED ND certifications. Wyandanch Rising stands as a model of urban revitalization, integrating environmental responsibility with community-focused design.
