Black Locust Lumber’s site furnishings contribute to the campus's sustainable and elegant design. Prominently located along Silicon Valley’s Highway 237 corridor and near Highway 101, Moffett Place is a pivotal part of the world’s innovation capital. This 55-acre campus, developed by the Jay Paul Company, features six 8-story towers providing 1.9 million square feet of Class A office space. The campus includes world-class amenities such as an onsite café and a 50,000 square foot fitness center, creating a vibrant and productive environment for its tenants, which include major tech companies like Google.
