A full-size sample of our wider 5/4 x 6 Black Locust decking board. Milled from a nominal 5/4 x 6 and finished to a true 1” x 5.5”, cut to a convenient 10” length. This eased-edge profile is designed for face-screwed deck installations and delivers a bold, wide-plank aesthetic. We recommend stainless steel screws for long-term performance and stability. The wider board format performs best when face fastened to minimize movement over time.
