A full-size sample of our 5/4 x 4 Black Locust decking board with a precision-milled hidden fastener groove. Milled from a nominal 5/4 x 4 and finished to a true 1” x 3.5”, cut to a 10” sample length. This profile is designed for use with industry-standard hidden fastener clips, creating a clean, screw-free deck surface. The narrower board width allows for stronger clip engagement and improved hold across the board, reducing potential movement while maintaining a seamless appearance.
