When an organization known for its commitment to protecting and preserving wildlife around the world decided to build a new headquarters facility you knew it was going to be a green building. Black Locust Lumber provided finished wood for the siding, decking and sun baffles.

Black Locust makes a great siding material, It requires no maintenance and lasts for many, many decades. This picture shows different batches of the wood, cut, and installed at different times. In short order the material will weather to a uniform golden brown. |
